Customer Responsibility Contract
Little Chapel in Vegas, LLC., dba Little Chapel of Hearts and Las Vegas Elvis Wedding Chapel strives to ensure every guest has an Intimate, Elegant and Professional experience.
LICENSING
Little Chapel in Vegas, LLC., dba Little Chapel of Hearts and Las Vegas Elvis Wedding Chapel (“Company”) promises that it holds all licenses necessary to perform the work, that such licenses are valid and effective as of the date any work is performed or services provided, and that all work performed or services provided will be done in compliance with all applicable federal, state, or local laws and regulations.
ARRIVAL
The Couple and ALL guests are to arrive to the chapel no later than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled ceremony time. It is very important to arrive 15 min prior your scheduled ceremony time because we often host more than one wedding in a day and it is very likely there may be another wedding scheduled immediately before or after yours (Late arrival / Rescheduling fees will apply– No Exceptions).
If you wish to remain separated before the ceremony, you MUST pre-arrange this with the Chapel prior to your ceremony date. The Chapel must be prepared to keep you in different locations and ensure that you do not see one another before the ceremony. This is an optional upgrade, but it must be added and paid for prior to your ceremony. Please talk to your Wedding Coordinator for details.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT
It is very important to us that all our guests and staff feel comfortable and respected in their environment. In the unlikely event that any client or their guest undertakes any illegal activity, engages in disorderly conduct included but not limited to verbal or physical abuse to staff, uses profanity, offensive language, threatening or harassing staff, is intoxicated, is using drugs, or otherwise not complying with the laws of the State, policies of Little Chapel in Vegas LLC, or requests being made by staff to cease disruptive behavior; we reserve the right to immediately terminate the services being provided and cancel the ceremony. In such an event the client forfeits the right to any refund.
In the event that ANY guest is caught behind the minister podium, or messing with any equipment the guest will be asked to leave. Should the guest refuse to leave the ceremony will be cancelled. In such an event the client forfeits the right to any refund.
In the event client’s actions or those of their guests, damage any equipment the client will be charged for replacing the equipment.
In the event client’s actions or those actions of their guests, require a vehicle to be professionally cleaned the client will incur a charge of $600. If property is damaged by the client or a member of their party, repair costs will also be assessed and charged to the card on file.
NEVADA STATE MARRIAGE LICENSE
If you choose to have your ceremony legally recognized, you MUST have a Nevada State Marriage License prior to your wedding.
If you do not have a Nevada State Marriage License prior to your ceremony, your ceremony will be performed as a commitment ceremony or it can be moved to a later time (pending your purchase of a Nevada State Marriage License), based on availability.
RENEWAL OF VOWS:
Renewal of Vow ceremonies do not require a marriage license or proof of marriage.
WARDROBE
You MUST come dressed for your ceremony. We do not have a changing room. Should you arrive not dressed and you decide to use our restroom to change you will be charged a late fee if your ceremony is 1 minute late.
PAYMENT & BALANCE DUE
To give you the special day you are hoping for, we require that all balances be paid in full 24 HOURS prior to your ceremony, unless other agreements were discussed.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Cash, American Express, and Discover.
All payments made prior to your ceremony and after your ceremony has been completed are NON-REFUNDABLE.
BOOKING DEPOSIT & RESCHEDULING
BOOKING DEPOSIT: The initial booking payment, is non-refundable BUT it is extendable and transferable for up to one (1) year from the date of deposit.
Change of Date, Time, or Chapel:
A Rescheduling Fee is waived: For your first change of date, and time if you call more than fourteen (14) days prior to your confirmed ceremony date and time.
A Rescheduling Fee of $100.00 will be charged automatically: For any additional changes of date and time.
For your first change of date, time, or location if you call less than fourteen (14) days prior to your confirmed ceremony date and time.
If your wedding must be rescheduled because you are late for your wedding or your limousine pickup, or you wish to wait for late guests or you forgot your marriage license and do not wish to proceed as a commitment ceremony. Keep in mind, the next available time may not be until the following day.
MINISTER FEE:
MINISTER: (CASH ONLY) Our Ministers are not paid employees of the Chapel. The fee for their service is a minimum of $60.00 cash. This covers the performance of the ceremony and the filing of the legal paperwork.
LATE ARRIVAL / NO CALL/NO SHOW FEE/CANCELLATION FEE
CEREMONY COUPLE: We recommend selecting a package that includes courtesy limousine service to and from the Chapel.
If you decline our courtesy limousine service or choose to arrive on your own, please arrive at least fifteen (15) minutes prior to your ceremony time to check-in.
AN AUTOMATIC $75 Late Fee will be applied if you are late for your scheduled ceremony time. (TRAFFIC IS NO EXCUSE TO BE LATE)
AN AUTOMATIC RESCHEDULE FEE OF $100 WILL BE CHARGED IF YOU ARE 30 MINUTES LATE TO YOUR CEREMONY. Keep in mind, the next available time may be the following day.
NO CALL/NO SHOW FEE: An automatic $175 fee will be applied for any No Call/No Shows.
CANCELLATION FEE: Should the couple cancel their ceremony 24-48 hours before their scheduled ceremony, you WILL BE charged your FULL BALANCE.
GUESTS & GROUP FEE:
GUESTS: If your guests arrive late, we cannot “hold” a ceremony from starting. Once the doors are LOCKED, LATE guests MAY NOT enter. If you choose not to proceed with your ceremony because of late guests we will reschedule your ceremony to the next available time, and a rescheduling fee of $100 will apply. Keep in mind, the next available time may be the following day.
GROUP FEE: All chapel ceremonies are subject to a group fee IF your guest count exceeds 10 guests.
01 – 10 Guests – Free
11 – 20 Guests – $75
21 – 30 Guests – $150
HOLIDAY FEE
A holiday fee of $100 will be applied to packages for the following days:
VALENTINE’S DAY
FOURTH of JULY
CHRISTMAS EVE (Last booking will be 3:30pm)
NEW YEARS EVE
NEW YEARS DAY
The Chapel will be closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day
AFTER HOURS FEE
A $500 fee will be added to a clients ceremony balance for any ceremony being performed after regular business hours of 10pm.
LIMOUSINE/LUXURY SUV TRANSPORTATION DRIVER FEE
TRANSPORTATION DRIVER FEE: (CASH ONLY) Our Limousine Drivers are not paid employees of the Chapel. The fee for their service is a standard of $40.00 cash.
LIMOUSINE/LUXURY SUV TRANSPORTATION
In compliance with safety regulations, our limousines/Luxury SUV’s will gladly transport up to six (6) passengers, including the Ceremony Couple. Everyone riding in the limo MUST be picked up at the same location. Our limousines are limited to one (1) pickup location, and one (1) drop off location on the Las Vegas “Strip” or Downtown on Fremont Street.
•HOTEL: Once you book your hotel, please call the Chapel at 702-221-5683 with your HOTEL NAME so we can book your limousine. FAILURE to contact us with your HOTEL NAME will result in a loss of limousine service.
If you are using the limousine service, please be sure you and your guests are promptly waiting at the pickup location that you are scheduled for to avoid late fees. If your Limousine Driver has any issues finding you, he will call the number you have provided.
WE ARE UNABLE TO MAKE EXCEPTIONS TO OUR LIMOUSINE/LUXURY SUV TRANSPORTATION POLICY. IF YOU CHOOSE TO NOT FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS, IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU UNDERSTAND HOW THIS MAY IMPACT YOUR WEDDING DAY.
If you are not at the scheduled pickup location and the driver cannot locate you, or if you fail to follow the instructions provided, you may miss your limousine pickup, or your limousine pickup may be cancelled. We also may be forced to reschedule your ceremony to the next available time. Keep in mind, the next available time may be the following day.

You are agreeing that you understand the Transportation you receive will either be a limousine or a luxury SUV depending on availability.
PROFESSIONAL OUTSIDE PHOTOGRAPHERS
Outside Photographers are permitted at an additional pre-paid cost of $250 per photographer and you, The Client forfeit the photographs in your package. The Chapel will provide direction to the contracted photographer on rules and policies for shooting during a ceremony (excluding NEON ELVIS ceremonies). The Chapel is not held liable if the contracted photographer does not follow these policies.
GUEST PHOTOS / FILMING:
Little Chapel in Vegas, LLC., dba Little Chapel of Hearts and Las Vegas Elvis Wedding Chapel embraces the Unplugged Ceremony concept. With cell phones and technology so readily available, it is tempting for guests to have their phones or cameras out in attempt to capture the event. We have found that this greatly diminishes the experience and emotion as well as the quality of the professional photography and video provided with the wedding packages.
We believe that your family and friends should be able to sit back and enjoy the commitment you and your fiancé are making while letting the professionals’ work. We want you and your guests to be in the moment. Let us take care of the rest.
• A Media Pass is available for purchase to allow guests to take photos and video.
• Basic Media Pass $75 (Cell Phones)
• Full Media Pass $125 (Disposable or Small Digital Cameras ONLY)
If the couple chooses NOT to purchase the media pass and ANY GUEST is caught taking pictures or video the couple will be charged for the proper media pass and the photographer will IMMEDIATELY stop taking photos and the professional photos will be forfeited.
Basic / Full Media Passes, DOES NOT APPLY TO LAS VEGAS SIGN CEREMONIES (Neon Elvis, LV Sign Wedding, Bright Light City)
DSLR’s, Go-Pros, and Tripods are not permitted in chapel unless you purchase the outside photographer fee and forfeit the chapel photography.
Our Terms and Conditions and Little Chapel in Vegas, LLC Customer Responsibility Contract is Non-Negotiable and Final.
